Terms of use

Last updated: 1 October 2026

These terms govern your use of engine.legalopsdepot.com (the "site"), the website for Legal Ops Depot's AI litigation engine. The site is operated by Legal Ops Depot, based in Orlando, Florida ("we," "us," "our"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What the site is

The site describes the engine and the docket manager, explains how the engine works, and offers a way to contact Legal Ops Depot. It is a source of general information about a product. It is not a service through which legal work is ordered or delivered, and no matter is started by using it.

Legal Ops Depot is not a law firm, is not a substitute for an attorney, and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. Nothing on the site is legal advice. Using the site or contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship with Legal Ops Depot or with anyone working with it. The full statements are in the disclosures, which form part of these terms.

Where the site summarizes a federal rule or statute, the summary is general, may not reflect the rules of a particular court, and may be out of date after the date it was checked. Do not rely on the site for a decision in a real matter. For advice, consult a licensed attorney.

3. Descriptions of the engine

The site describes the engine's process: its phases, its checkpoints, its checks on case citations and deadlines, and its use of AI models. Those descriptions are statements about how the process is designed to work, and we keep them accurate. They are not promises about the outcome of any matter. Results depend on the facts, the law, the court and the other parties, and no outcome is promised.

Numbers on the site, such as step counts or data figures, carry the date they were generated or measured and may change after that date.

4. Illustrations and fictional examples

Demo runs, model debates, docket boards, citation-ledger rows and similar material shown on the site are hand-built illustrations in the engine's real formats. Courts, parties, case names, citations and dates in them are fictional unless the site says otherwise. Do not cite them, and do not treat them as records of any real matter or as statements of law.

5. Contacting us

When you contact us, you agree to give accurate contact information and not to send confidential details of a real matter before an engagement. Contacting us does not oblige you or us to enter into any engagement, and there is no public pricing on the site. Any engagement, including its price, scope, confidentiality and data-handling terms, is set in a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls for the services it covers.

6. How you may use the site

You may view and share the site's pages for your own information, including linking to them and quoting short passages with attribution. You agree not to:

  • use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its hosting, or any system connected to it;
  • interfere with the site's operation, including by overloading it or introducing malicious code;
  • copy or republish the site's content in bulk, or present it as your own;
  • present any material from the site as legal advice, or as a statement by Legal Ops Depot about a real matter;
  • use the site's names or the Legal Ops Depot logo in a way that suggests Legal Ops Depot endorses you or your product.

Automated access by search engines and AI crawlers is governed by the site's robots settings and its published /llms.txt and /llms-full.txt files.

7. Intellectual property

The site's text, design, diagrams, illustrations, logo and code belong to Legal Ops Depot or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. "Legal Ops Depot" and the Legal Ops Depot logo are names and marks used by Legal Ops Depot. Except as these terms allow, no license to them is granted.

Quoted text of federal rules and statutes is public law and is quoted for information.

The site may link to other websites, such as the main company site at legalopsdepot.com and official sources of court rules and statutes. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. A link is not an endorsement.

9. Privacy

How the site handles information is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Accessibility

We are committed to making the site usable by everyone. Our commitment, and how to report a problem, are on the accessibility page.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, Legal Ops Depot disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that its content is complete or current for any purpose.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Legal Ops Depot will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or opportunity, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its content, even if we were told such damages were possible. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the extent the law allows. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

This section does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not govern any separate written engagement, which has its own terms.

13. Indemnity

If you use the site in breach of these terms, you agree to be responsible for the reasonable losses and costs that breach causes Legal Ops Depot, to the extent the law allows.

14. Changes to the site and these terms

We may change the site, or these terms, at any time. Changed terms are posted on this page with a new "last updated" date and apply from then on. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the changed terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and by applicable federal law.

16. Feedback

If you send us suggestions or feedback about the site or the engine, you agree that we may use them without obligation to you. Please do not include confidential information about a real matter in feedback.

17. General terms

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the privacy policy and the disclosures, are the whole agreement between you and Legal Ops Depot about the site.

18. Contact about these terms
