Privacy policy

Last updated: 6 October 2026

This policy covers the website engine.legalopsdepot.com, the site for Legal Ops Depot's AI litigation engine. It explains what the site collects when you visit, what happens to information you send us, and who processes it. The site is operated by Legal Ops Depot (Florida) ("Legal Ops Depot," "we," "us").

This policy is about the website. It does not describe how client matter data is handled inside the engine's service; what the site states about where matter records and files are stored is in confidentiality and data handling, and engagement terms are set in each engagement.

What the site collects when you visit

Cookieless visitor counts

The site counts visits in two cookie-free ways:

  • Clicks on calls to action. When you click a button such as "Start a request," the site sends itself a note of which button and which page. It is first-party: the note goes to this site, not to anyone else.
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics. Each page loads a small script from Cloudflare that reports the page viewed and how fast it loaded to Cloudflare's Web Analytics service. In Cloudflare's words, it "does not collect or use your visitors' personal data."

For both:

  • no cookies are set, and nothing is stored in your browser;
  • no advertising networks, social-media widgets, tracking pixels or cross-site trackers are used;
  • the counts are used to understand which pages help visitors find what they need, not to identify you.

Because the analytics use no cookies, the site does not show a cookie-consent banner.

Technical data handled by the host

Like any website, the site is delivered by a hosting provider whose servers receive the technical information every browser sends when it requests a page, such as the IP address, the page requested, the time and the browser type. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, operated by Cloudflare, Inc. What the host logs, and for how long, is governed by the host's own terms.

Fonts, scripts and images

The site's typeface is self-hosted, and its images and diagrams are made in code and served from the site itself, so your browser does not contact a third-party font or image service to show a page.

What happens to information you send us

There is no contact form on the site at launch. If you email us, we receive what you send: typically your name, your firm, your email address or phone number, and your message. We use it to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.

The email service that carries those messages is:

  • Email: Proton Mail (Proton AG)

Please do not send confidential details of a real legal matter through the site's contact routes before an engagement. Contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship; see the disclosures.

Who processes data for the site

Processor What it does for the site
Cloudflare, Inc. Hosts and delivers the website, and counts visits (Web Analytics)
Proton Mail (Proton AG) Carries email you send us

The site sends nothing you type to an AI model provider. No content is submitted to the engine through this website.

What we do not do with your data

  • We do not sell or rent personal information.
  • We do not use visitor information for advertising.
  • We do not build profiles of visitors across other websites.

How long we keep your information

Messages you send are kept for 12 months, as needed to respond and to keep a business record of the conversation, then deleted.

Your choices and requests

You can ask us what information we hold about you from your contact with us, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you, and we will respond within a reasonable time. Some states give their residents specific privacy rights; we will honor requests made under the law that applies to you. Send privacy requests to the contact address on the contact page.

Browser privacy signals

Because the site does no cross-site tracking, advertising or sale of personal information, it behaves the same whether or not your browser sends a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal: there is no tracking for the signal to turn off.

The site links to other websites, such as the company's main site at legalopsdepot.com and official sources of court rules and statutes. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which this policy does not cover.

Security of this website

This policy makes no security claims beyond what it states above. If you believe you have found a security problem with the website, please tell us through the contact page.

Children's privacy

The site is written for law firms and professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
