Accessibility statement
Legal Ops Depot is committed to making engine.legalopsdepot.com, the site for Legal Ops Depot's AI litigation engine, usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification, voice control or a small phone screen. We treat accessibility as part of the product, not an add-on.
Our target. This site aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, with body-text contrast above that level.
How the site is built for access
- Works without JavaScript. Navigation, the phone menu, the "Email us" link and every page's content work as plain HTML, including the step explorer and the demos' final results.
- Keyboard and focus. Every link and control can be reached and used by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator. The first link on every page skips to the content.
- Headings and landmarks. Each page has one H1 and a logical heading outline, so screen-reader users can move by heading.
- Color is never the sole signal. Every status on the board and in the demos has a shape and a text label as well as a color.
- Text alternatives. Meaningful images, diagrams, boards and illustrations have text alternatives; decorative art is marked so assistive technology skips it.
- Motion. Animated elements respect the "reduce motion" setting and show a still frame; elsewhere, moving content has a pause control.
- Plain language. Terms of art are defined in the glossary and linked where they are used.
- Zoom and reflow. Pages reflow to a single column on small screens and at 400% zoom, with no sideways scrolling.
How we test this site's accessibility
We check every page with automated accessibility tools before each release. Tools used: axe-core 4.13 (WCAG 2.2 A and AA rules) on every page at phone and desktop widths, Lighthouse 12.8 and the html-validate HTML checker. Last tested: 6 October 2026. A hand test with a keyboard and a screen reader is next, and we will list its results here.
Known accessibility limitations
We test the site before each release. If we find a part that does not yet meet the standard, we list it here with the date we expect it to be fixed.
We don't know of any barriers right now. If you find one, please tell us.
Report an accessibility problem
If anything on the site is hard to use, or you need information in another format, please report a problem by email at contact@legalopsdepot.com. Tell us the page and what got in your way.
If you are looking for a particular page, every page in one list is on the HTML sitemap. How the site handles the information you send is on the privacy page.
